Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. CDM Performance takes great care to ensure our customers receive the proper products to suit their individual needs. For any number of reasons, a purchase may not meet those needs and may require an exchange or in some cases a refund.

We are happy to accept your returned merchandise so long as the following criteria are met:

  • All return requests must be within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Products purchased in a kit/combo are only eligible for return if the ENTIRE KIT/COMBO is returned at the same time. Individual items inside a kit/combo cannot be returned separately.
  • Please email customer service to obtain a return authorisation.
  • CDM Performance reserves the right to require a 15% restocking fee for all returns that are not damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
